Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, when you tell us matters:

• 48 hours or more before your scheduled tour: you’re eligible for a refund of your tour amount.
• Less than 48 hours before your scheduled tour: your booking is non-refundable.
• No-shows: non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

Booking Protection is an optional $10 USD add-on, charged once per booking (never per guest). It’s never selected automatically — you choose it yourself at checkout, and promo codes never discount it.

The $10 Booking Protection fee itself is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed.

With Booking Protection, your booking includes:

• One free date/time change to another available date on the SAME tour.
• Your reschedule request must reach us at least 24 hours before your ORIGINAL scheduled departure.
• Rescheduling is always subject to availability and remaining capacity on the new date.
• The free reschedule may be used once per booking.

A booking without Booking Protection may still request a date/time change, subject to availability. A $20 USD per-booking rescheduling fee applies. Our team handles these requests directly — contact us with your booking reference to arrange it.

Puerto Vallarta weather can change quickly. Normal or light rain doesn’t automatically cancel a tour — our tours generally continue as scheduled.

We may cancel or modify an experience if weather, safety conditions, or another operational circumstance makes it unsafe or impractical to run. If we cancel your tour, you may choose a full refund of your tour amount or move your booking to another available date — you don’t need Booking Protection for us to make this right when we’re the one cancelling.
