Terms & Conditions

A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our secure checkout (powered by Stripe). Prices are shown in USD before you check out, broken down by Adult, Child (ages 4–12), and Toddler (ages 0–3) guest categories, plus Booking Protection if you select it.

You’re responsible for providing accurate names, contact details, and guest counts at the time of booking. A booking that includes a Child or Toddler guest must also include at least one Adult guest in the same booking.

Please arrive at your confirmed meeting point on time. Tours depart as scheduled; we can’t guarantee we’re able to wait for late arrivals without affecting the rest of the group’s experience.

If you don’t show up for your scheduled departure, your booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable — see our Cancellation Policy.

Each tour departure has a maximum group size. Availability is confirmed at the time of booking and can change; we’ll let you know as soon as possible if a confirmed booking is ever affected by a genuine capacity or scheduling issue on our end.

Please disclose any dietary restrictions or allergies when you book so your guide can plan accordingly. We’ll make reasonable efforts to accommodate them, but we can’t guarantee that every stop, vendor, or dish is free of any specific allergen.

Our tours are walking tours through Puerto Vallarta neighborhoods, outdoors, at a relaxed pace, over varying terrain and weather conditions. Please come prepared to walk for the tour’s stated duration and distance, and use your own judgment about your ability to participate comfortably.

We ask every guest to treat guides, fellow guests, and the local businesses we visit with respect. We may end a guest’s participation in a tour, without refund, if their conduct genuinely endangers others or seriously violates a venue’s own policies.

Normal or light rain doesn’t automatically cancel a tour. We may cancel or modify an experience if weather, safety, or another operational circumstance makes it unsafe or impractical to run — see our Cancellation Policy for what happens to your booking if we do.

Participation in a Vallarta Footprints tour is voluntary. Please exercise your own judgment and reasonable caution throughout the experience. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vallarta Footprints is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation, except where such a limitation isn’t permitted by law. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
